I came across this a few weeks ago


I find it fascinating.

After the entire day I am pretty much tired and I just fell in bed around 11PM. But, I’ve been using this meditation for the last couple of weeks


every morning and every evening before I go to sleep. And I can feel it; not that macro flow, but micro flows. It is amazing how many things you can do in a certain anount of time,  and then you take a look at the clock, and only 2 minutes have passed. When you’re in it, you are frenzy driven, totally focused on this thing that you have to do.
