300-push-ups-a-day challenge

I received a great support for my blog, the biggest support!

Something in me just won’t let it go.

A few days ago I started with that 300-push-ups-a-day challenge (https://doctor.ndtv.com/living-healthy/benefits-of-push-ups-7-benefits-you-must-know-1881047?amp=1), it was the 4th of September. Hof (breathing) gave me the strength to do it. At first I thought it would be difficult, but it turned out that is really isn’t. I have already been doing 100 per day for the last couple of months, plus with my daily activities and exercises… I feel pretty healthy and able.

Also, being quite stubborn, even though I didn’t do that 2 minutes hanging challenge, I found a new one! It’s a small step for a man, but a big one for a man with MS.
